Please list your class and preferred time. please pick 4,5,6,7 or 8pm. :-) remember this is a dress rehearsal it is important that you have your outfits and practice in them. If you've completed SEXIEST with comfort and anklegrab, handstand and footclutch comfy you need to be in here. New and old!

If your not quite ready for your next level visit the Thursday night pole practice hour or Friday eve practice hour to work on your moves. Or you could retake your series as it is taught differently each time.

What's up polers! Is everyone enjoying the rest from the show? That show came up quick didn't it?
I would like to thank all the polers for your patience and participation! All participants receive a pole dance 411 signature pole towel and a certificate of participation. You were supposed to get it after the show but everyone dipped! lol
If you ordered a pole pack it can be picked up at the studio.

October 26 is the next show date so mark your calender! As discussed it's Halloween!! I've never celebrated that but its the best time to get stupid with the costumes!! Any ideas or suggestions for the show??
