WHERE ARE THEY NOW? HELP ME!
Damn, did 411 put a restraining order on the DIRTY CHEERLEADERS? cuz they have been MIA 4 sho! I will give a sprinkle of Mighty Grip to any individual with info on these chicks lol
Ninja has been found-she got a lil' to much pole and is holding a special package.
Showcase has been seen around Atlanta teaching pole classes with A.P.D.
Ladybug has spoken out and is tearing down pole contest throughout the A!
Sexy locs and Oasis have been pouring drinks all nite and pimping all day!

If you've completed SEXIEST with comfort and anklegrab, handstand and footclutch comfy you need to be in here. New and old!
If your not quite ready for your next level visit the Thursday night pole practice hour or Friday eve practice hour to work on your moves. Or you could retake your series as it is taught differently each time.

What's up polers! Is everyone enjoying the rest from the show? That show came up quick didn't it?
I would like to thank all the polers for your patience and participation! All participants receive a pole dance 411 signature pole towel and a certificate of participation. You were supposed to get it after the show but everyone dipped! lol
If you ordered a pole pack it can be picked up at the studio.

October 26 is the next show date so mark your calender! As discussed it's Halloween!! I've never celebrated that but its the best time to get stupid with the costumes!! Any ideas or suggestions for the show??
What about the program?
Polers say we should teach the show routines from day 1
Polers say we should schedule field trips around class time
Polers say we should have a big sister program
Polers say we should use more props
Polers say we should have name badges and sexy lighting
